NHHF is transforming the U.S. healthcare system to advance Latino health through leadership, research, and education. We are passionate about being a connector and conduit, bridging the cultural gap to drive the well-being of Hispanics. Our programs, fellowships, and scholarships all vary, but the intention behind all of them is knowledge, growth, and impact.
Our Impact
- Fellowship: Over 200 fellows in the past 25 years (1999-2024).
- Appointments:NHHF is proud to represent over 25 physicians who have been nominated for federal, state, and academic positions.
- Research: Educated over 500 health professionals through our Clinical Research Webinar Series.
- Mentorship Program: Over 450 health professionals mentors for our scholars.
- Scholarships: Nearly 1,500 scholarship application submissions in the past two years, $2.5M awarded to 450 scholarship recipients, an additional $5,000 annual awards for four years consecutively, and $2,000 individual one-time awards in 2024.
