Cohort Year 2003

At the helm of diversity, equity, and belonging initiatives at Penn State College of Medicine, my journey weaves over two decades of dedication in healthcare leadership, clinical medicine, education, and research. The mission to cultivate an inclusive medical community drives our efforts, with recent achievements in infrastructure reform and program development enhancing the educational and work environment.

The competencies honed as Associate Chair for Diversity and Inclusion at Yale School of Medicine now fuel my role at Penn State, where I advocate for equitable health practices and guide future medical leaders. Our team is recognized for its commitment to reducing health disparities and fostering a culture where diversity is celebrated and integrated into the fabric of patient care, medical education and research.
